Your Skin’s journey through the seasons of the year and the season’s of your life is an everyday reality and it is a matter of personal choice to make it smooth and pleasant or rocky and difficult.

Many factors are very important to you skin’s health, well being and process of aging.

I will start with the importance of nutrition and supplements. We all know that a balanced diet rich in lean proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables, low in carbohydrates and poor in animal fat, sugars and excessive salt will not only keep your skin healthy and elastic, but will also contribute to a strong body and immune system.

For someone who follows a balanced diet, the intake of vitamins may not be necessary. But for those of you that have no time to prepare daily balanced meals, the following list will help you to understand the role of some basic fundamental properties and nutrients coming from vitamins and supplements.
