Aging is inevitable but it’ s a slow process; it doesn’t happen overnight. People age in different ways, depending on their DNA, but mostly on their choices. It can be a combination of lifestyle, sun exposure, nutrition, exercise and attitude towards life.
There are ways to slow down the aging process and make it less painful. It takes determination and discipline, but trust me, this will be a decision you’ll never regret. You will not only look better, but you will feel better, be more flexible, your memory and balance will improve and your reflexes will be quicker.
Except for taking care of your skin on the outside, you must also support your skin from within. Start by eliminating excessive salt and sugars from your diet, balance your protein and carbs intake and replace animal fat with healthy vegetable fats, like avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, sesame oil, etc. Healthy fats, will not only keep your skin smooth, but also preserve and improve your join’s mobility.
